Plot summary
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Danny, a recent widow, and her eight-year-old daughter Wes sleep in a tent. Danny has convinced Wes that the tent is part of a camping adventure they are taking for fun. Danny needs to raise $200 before the day is out, the sum that will secure housing for the two of them in California. She spends the day working to raise the money.
