Plot summary
Numa Tempesta closes his deals by bending the law when he has to. Tax evasion charges finally catch up with him, and rather than send him to prison a court orders a year of community service at a shelter for the homeless. The sentence bars him from conducting any business, yet a deal still hangs over him that will decide whether he keeps his fortune.
