Plot summary
The Las Vegas Strip is the beat of Alexander 'Hawkeye' Hawkamoto, a renegade cop from Texas. Charles Wilson is a decorated lawman, a smooth talker whose style is the opposite of Hawkamoto's cowboy ways. A drug investigation on the Strip goes wrong, and Hawkamoto's best friend and former partner, caught up in a shady deal, is killed by the mob. The two officers are paired and sent after the killers, carrying the hunt into the backstreets of the city. Both the Japanese Yakuza and the Mafia stand in their way, and the pair are ready to bend the rules to reach the men responsible.
