Plot summary
At a correctional facility for teenagers, coach Greg Townsend gathers a group of disgruntled inmates into a cycling team. He takes them on a 762-mile bicycle ride that runs from Denver to the Grand Canyon. On the route the riders must battle obstacles and each other. The story draws on the life of Greg Townsend and on the Ridgeview Academy Cycling Team.
