Plot summary

Johnathan Graves, a retired occultist, now works as a police officer. Faust, the demon who is his nemesis, is in pursuit of him and needs an amulet that will set him free, so he sends his disciple Alexandria to hunt it down. A former lover of Graves has escaped from an asylum and is trying to summon demonic forces. The Ghoulies slip out through an open porthole onto the streets of Los Angeles, and their search for a way home spreads mayhem through the city. Graves, a rule-breaking cop, must battle the former lover and the Ghoulies at the same time.
