Plot summary
June graduates from high school with her friends and finds her uncle Joe's gas and service station in trouble. He has run it for over 20 years, and the newer, larger station across the street, owned by Mr. Friendly, is pulling his customers away. Then Joe has a heart attack, and his doctor says he must sell. June takes the station over and brings her friends in as gas-pump attendants, dressed in halter tops and short shorts labeled Regular and Super Duper, with their friends working as mechanics in the body shop. She adds a public address system and uses it to advertise the station's services in suggestive phrases. Customers begin to come back.
