Plot summary
In Istanbul, attacks and abductions point to a leader known as Dajjal, said to be hiding in the United States. Officer Fırat Baran interrogates a captured man and comes away with a name: Hadji Gümüş, a Muslim scholar and family man who left Turkey years earlier. Fırat and his colleague Acar Doğan travel to New York to take Hadji into custody and bring him home. The FBI's Becker, hostile toward Muslims, arrests Hadji at home while his wife Maria watches. Hadji is on an Interpol list but has no criminal record in America, so extradition is arranged. Friends and family insist he is innocent, and Acar clashes with Becker over his hostility toward Muslims.
