Plot summary
Ma Joon-Gyu is a Hallyu star, arrogant and paranoid, on a flight from Tokyo's Haneda Airport to Seoul's Gimpo Airport. The cabin holds an odd mix of people: a monk, a tabloid reporter, a middle-aged female fan, an airline chairman and his executive assistant, and a crew headed by Captain Han Gi-beom. Among the flight attendants are Minamito, who is Japanese, and a woman who is Ma's former girlfriend. Partway through the trip a storm catches the plane and it is in danger of coming down, and the journey becomes a run of comic mishaps among the crew and everyone on board.

Can contain spoilers, watch the movie first.
- Ha Jung-woo wrote the script from the real experience of his friend and fellow actor Ryoo Seung-bum: a Seoul-to-Tokyo flight that normally takes about two hours hit turbulence that lasted almost seven hours, and Ryoo thought he was going to die.
- Ha Jung-woo cast Jung Kyung-ho as an arrogant Hallyu star, picking an actor from his own agency, Fantagio, who shared his theater major at Chung-Ang University. The character's wardrobe was inspired by K-pop star G-Dragon, and it was Jung's first job after mandatory military service.
- Ha Jung-woo shot the film in 20 days, and as a casting condition made the entire cast read the screenplay together every day for two months, rehearsing as intensively as if preparing a stage play.
