Plot summary
Don Anderson is the marketing director of the Mickey's hamburger chain and the man behind the Big One, its best-selling item. Independent research finds fecal matter in the meat, so the chain sends him to Cody, Colorado, to check whether Uni-Globe, its main supplier, is guilty of sloppy production. The tour he is given shows only spotless work areas. Rancher Rudy Martin tells him the plant's pace leaves workers no time to keep manure away from the meat. Amber studies for college while working at a Mickey's, and her uncle Pete urges her to leave town for a real career. Raúl, Sylvia and Coco, immigrants from Mexico, look for work at Uni-Globe.
