Plot summary
A monk from a secretive temple where magic is practiced calls on an old friend, Father Park, a doctor who became a priest and was excommunicated for carrying out exorcisms. The church he served refuses to accept that supernatural beings prey on the innocent. The monk needs Father Park's help to protect a young boy, naïve but holding great power, and to keep the boy from his corrupt master. Demons rise, the world they know comes under threat, and dark forces close in on the three of them. Guarding the child means guarding the next generation of magic, and Father Park must answer for his own inner demons.
