Project Silence (2023) on Netflix

Plot summary

Cha Jeong-won, a presidential aide, is trapped on the airport bridge when the weather turns and visibility collapses. A chain of collisions and explosions stops the traffic, leaving drivers and passengers stranded on a structure that may not hold. His daughter Cha Kyeong-min is there with him, and among the others caught on the span are Jo Park, a tow truck driver, and Doctor Yang, the head researcher of a military program called Project Silence. That program's dogs are being moved across the bridge in secret, and when the crashes set them loose, the survivors have the animals to fear on top of the wreckage around them.
