Plot summary
With the world's fuel gone, a future city powers itself with human excrement. Officials install ID chips in every citizen to track defecation and hand out Juicybars, addictive popsicles that also work as a laxative, to reward output. The bars spawn a black market, and their side effects produce pint-sized mutants who band together as the Diaper Gang and plunder shipments. Aachi and Ssipak are small-time hoodlums who get by selling Juicybars illegally. Their acquaintance Jimmy the Freak, a director of illegal films, introduces them to Beautiful, a would-be actress who ends up with a pink ring inside her that makes each of her defecations earn an exceptional number of bars. The two take her in, Aachi as her manager and Ssipak as her bodyguard.
