Plot summary

A supernatural reality television series is built on the rivalry between two crews of paranormal investigators. One crew is made up of skeptics who set out to debunk myths about ghosts. The other believes ghosts are real and works to prove it. For a special episode, the fiftieth the show has produced, the two crews are sent out as a single unit for the first time. During the shoot they come into contact with a ferocious spirit of immense power, an encounter far beyond what either group bargained for. To survive the encounter, the rivals have to band together against it.
