Plot summary

After a plane goes down in the ocean, a dolphin named Snowball and his mother find the baby who survived the crash and bring him up among the sea creatures. Learning that he is human, the boy leaves the water to search for his mother. The Octopus takes power over the underwater realm and drives him onto land, where Captain Murvarid, his wife and the people of the port give him shelter. With Snowball beside him, the boy sets out across the sea and distant islands to learn who he is.
