Plot summary
Sid Straw has spent fourteen years at a software company in Scottsdale, Arizona, and he is chosen to co-chair the University of Pennsylvania reunion committee for graduates on the West Coast. While hunting for classmates to invite, he finds Elizabeth Banks's Facebook page; she is the best-known graduate of his class, and a photo shows the two of them with other students. He starts writing to her, inviting her to the reunion and recalling a prank on a professor and the way she used to say goodbye with the words Eat Wheaties. Frankie, Elizabeth's agent in Los Angeles, fields his request for a signed photograph for his brother Tom's birthday; when the picture arrives smudged, Sid asks for another one.
