Plot summary
The Delta Force, under new commanders Charlie and Greg, is ordered to join Russian Spetsnaz commandos and travel to El-Qutar, the hometown of terrorist leader Kahlil Kadal in Sudalia, to hunt him. Kadal has threatened to detonate an atomic bomb in Miami unless western nations pull their influence out of the Middle East, and he has already sent Anwar Hussein there to set the device off on live television. Hussein stages an assault on Wendy Jackson, a television news producer, drives off her attackers, and uses the rescue to get close to her. Charlie and Sergei, who command the American and Soviet teams, clash from the start, and the joint mission loses a Soviet member almost immediately.
