Plot summary
Lee Man-jae is the ace of a trade built on borrowed names: he signs as the figurehead chief executive of companies he does not own, and he has even sold his own name to survive. When he decides to step away for the child his family is expecting, he agrees to one final commission. Before it is done he is accused of embezzling 100 billion won through an investor he cannot identify, and an obituary for him appears. Held in an illegal private prison in China, he lives as a man declared dead, his name and his family beyond reach. Mrs. Shim, a political consultant, comes to him there with an offer that puts his life up as collateral.
