Plot summary
In the year 80 AMM, the cats of Planet X have organized into fully equipped gangs and intend to wipe the world's mice from existence, no longer honoring the old conventions between the two species. The mouse leaders begin to weigh leaving the planet. Professor Fushimishi, a mouse scientist, believes he has found a weapon against the threat and contacts Intermouse. The agency calls back Nick Grabowsky, its best agent, long retired, and gives him the task of reaching Pokyo and bringing out the professor's plans for a machine meant to save the mouse population. Intermouse also sends Sergeant Lazy Dick along as a decoy. The cats give four rat gangsters the job of stopping him.
