Plot summary

Max and Jules are brothers who swore as children, after their parents' bad marriage, that they would never take up with a woman. As adults, Max works in a video store and Jules is an assistant manager at a supermarket. Jules also sleeps with women who work under him at the store. Together the brothers go out constantly and take a different woman home most nights, then move on. Jules breaks the pact when he starts dating Anna, who counsels mentally disabled people. Max falls in love with her as well. Their friend René has his own trouble, since his girlfriend Suzanne is breaking up with him.
