Plot summary
Spring brings the first day warm enough for skirts, the day known in the Netherlands as skirt day. Sixteen single people enroll in a cooking class where the food is prepared during speed-dates, each hoping to find a match there. Marijke is an ambitious lawyer and Daniëlle is her best friend; both have signed up. Edwin is shy and has been studying how to seduce a woman. Alexandra and Bor, the founders of the cooking class, are married, and Alexandra needs that marriage to be as good as she believes it is. The group cooks together and flirts while they work.
