Plot summary
Sergeant Andy McNab commands an eight-man British SAS patrol on a top secret mission named Bravo Two Zero, sent into Iraq in January 1991 during the Gulf War. The patrol is to take out the Scud missiles that Saddam Hussein is using to terrorize his enemies and to cut the communication lines between Baghdad and northwestern Iraq. Among the men are Dinger, Tony, Stan, Mark, Ray, Baz and Chris. Dropped into the area known as Scud Alley carrying 210-pound packs, they find the weather brutally cold and their radios unable to work. They are surrounded by Saddam Hussein's army, and the patrol has been spotted.
