Brain Freeze (2021) on Netflix

Plot summary

As winter approaches, a golf club inside a gated community hires a multinational biotech firm. The company's fertilizer melts the snow and reworks the grass so that its wealthy patrons can golf in any season. The chemical gets into the water supply, and residents begin turning into zombies. The infection spreads quickly, and teenager André is left alone with his baby sister Annie. Dan, the community's security guard and a self-described survivalist, joins them. With the neighborhood under quarantine, the three set out toward the source of the contamination, hoping to find a cure before the people they love turn into grass.
