Blood of the Dragon (1971) on Netflix

Plot summary

The Mongols have taken the land by conquest, and Chinese rebels want them driven out. A rebel who is dying passes a secret message, a list naming the uprising's supporters, into the hands of a street urchin, who is to bring it to Prince Ma Tung, the leader the rebellion looks to. White Dragon, a warrior on his own, takes on the task of getting the child and the list through. Prime Minister Sing Pa Tou hunts them, because the list would let him crush the opposition. Prince Ma Tung has a separate reason to want White Dragon dead: in a duel years earlier, White Dragon humiliated Ma Tung's father.
