Plot summary
Virgil Travis is a wealthy psychopath. He lives apart in a mansion with his butler, Hylas, and a henchman who wears clown makeup. As a child a woman tortured and mutated him through body transforming procedures, and he grew up with an abnormally sized head. He enjoys the suffering of other people and has already kidnapped an all-female rock group, holding the women prisoner in his house. His newest creation is a set of living dolls that he sends against people he believes betrayed him.

- Blood Dolls was originally planned in conjunction with music magnate Miles Copeland and was to be promoted with a soundtrack album and a concert tour by the sexy girl rockers who appear as secondary characters, but difficulties caused the plan to collapse.
