Before Midnight (2013) on Netflix

Plot summary

The French-American couple first met on a train in Vienna and reunited in Paris nine years later. Jesse and Céline have been together since and raise twin daughters, Ella and Nina, in Paris. An author colleague of Jesse's has invited the family to spend a summer on the Greek Peloponnese. Jesse is a successful novelist, while Céline stands at a career crossroads: her NGO's wind farm project was rejected at the last minute, and she considers a job with the French government that would mean working again for someone she dislikes intensely. Hank, Jesse's teenage son, lives in Chicago with his mother and has spent the vacation with them. On the drive, Jesse and Céline talk about their parenting and about Hank, whose early years Jesse missed.
