Badass Monster Killer (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Camaroville's mob turf war has a new crew on the scene, and the fighting is centered on the shabby side of town. Besides muscling in on the local dope and sex trade, these gangsters practice black magic and mean to call up demon-gods that have slept for ages, waiting to feast on human souls and enslave the world. Jimmy Chevelle is an agent of the Department of Supernatural Security, and stopping the cult falls to him. He has already refused to be kept down, and he does not intend to stand by while shape-shifting crooks wreck the earth and its women, if he can help it.
