Plot summary
Ayumi Nitta works as a hospital janitor and lives with an extreme fear of people. Wataru Makino is a surgeon and a sex addict who talks his way into women's beds by lying about his skill and about much else. A single night together leaves Ayumi pregnant. When she tells him, he takes it for a bad April Fools joke. He refuses to believe one night made him a father, and he asks Reiko, a flight attendant, out to an Italian restaurant. Ayumi heard the restaurant's name from him during a phone call, and she goes there to make him answer for the pregnancy. He has no idea she is on her way.
