Plot summary
Ten people who knew Bill Hicks best tell the story of his life, and their interviews are the voice of the film. His mother and his friends are among them. Archive footage of Hicks himself appears in the film, along with a large collection of still photographs that record events in his life. A cut-and-paste animation technique was used to give those photographs movement on screen.
