Plot summary
A young man named Guru works at a call center and has not moved out of his parents' home. Frustration builds in him until it becomes a fever that borders on insanity, and he moves between fantasies, dating apps and self-harm. Around him is his family, Daddy Ji and Mummy Ji and his cousin Chhavi, in a world that grows more crowded while space is scarce. Out of that life comes a quest for a sexual odyssey of his own. It premiered in the Directors' Fortnight at the Cannes Film Festival, where it was presented as an account of patriarchy in India seen through male sexual misery.
