Plot summary
Molly Suzara, a retail mogul who presents herself as a caring entrepreneur, fires and blacklists Mercy. When one of the company's vehicles kills Mercy's mother Conchita, Mercy decides to bring Molly down and to lay bare the past Molly keeps hidden. She spends five years building a fortune through fraud so that she can appear as Philo, a wealthy entrepreneur, and work her way into Molly's circle. A relic bought at an auction and given as a gift wins Molly's attention. Mercy also befriends Zab, a brand endorser for Molly and the daughter of a partner in Molly's money laundering.
