Plot summary
Natalie learns that her cousin Francesca has to call off the launch of her new Italian restaurant, scheduled for Christmas Eve. Guests had planned to come, and Natalie does not want anyone spending the holiday by themselves, so she tries to hold the event as intended. Chef Stefano is certain the task cannot be finished with only three days left before Christmas. Natalie argues that a problem is really a chance in disguise, and she talks him into attempting it. The two of them have little in common when they begin, but they end up working side by side in the kitchen to get everything ready.
