Plot summary
Terry Donahue is a former player in the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League. She and Pat Henschel meet in Canada in 1947, and the two later settle in Chicago, where they run an interior decorating business until the late 1980s. Throughout those years they keep their relationship hidden from their families. Coming out later in life brings its own challenges for the couple.
