Plot summary
Celia slips into Hong Kong from mainland China, where she has no legal standing, and takes up work as a prostitute to raise the money that will get her younger brother out of prison. Her first job puts her in the room when a triad leader is killed, and the murder is pinned on her. Triad members come after her, and Frank, who rides with a biker gang, pulls her clear of them. Frank's family is rich and badly broken, and he has been unhappy for a long time until Celia's liveliness reaches him. The two of them grow close while the triads keep hunting her.
