Plot summary
Arnulfo Rubio hauls weapons bought in the United States into Mexico for a cartel, using an American associate to make the purchases north of the border. ATF agent Hank Harris tries to apprehend Arnulfo during one of those buys. The American surprises Harris and knocks him out, then runs off, leaving Arnulfo alone with an unconscious federal agent. Panicked, Arnulfo restrains Hank, loads him into a hidden compartment of his SUV, and drives across the border. In Mexico he sets the handcuffed Hank in the back seat and continues toward his hometown. On the road, a roadblock set up by a rival cartel stops them, and the enforcers there nearly kill the two men when they notice the handcuffed American.
