Plot summary
In Goa's China Town, casino owner Sonia Chang has offered 25 lakh rupees for the return of her kidnapped son Vicky. In Mumbai, aspiring actor Raj Malhotra and Priya, a runaway from home, find the boy alone and call her. They travel to her mansion, 36 China Town, and arrive to find Sonia dead. The Goa police take up the case, and Inspector Karan questions everyone connected to the house: the butler Lobo and his wife, Sonia's lawyer Dixit, the hotel owner Natwar and his wife Gracy, the Bombay couple K.K. and Ruby, and the local playboy Rocky. Each has an alibi, and each, Karan finds, has a reason to want Sonia dead. Raj and Priya, who reported the murder, come under suspicion themselves.
