Plot summary
Farhan Qureshi and Raju Rastogi want to reunite with Rancho, the friend and classmate who vanished after graduation. Their journey brings back their years at Imperial College of Engineering, where Rancho arrives as a gifted student with unconventional beliefs. He befriends Farhan and Raju and clashes with the dean over the college's methods. Rancho also meets Pia, the dean's daughter, who studies medicine. Chatur Ramalingam, a competitive classmate, challenges Rancho to a bet over who will achieve greater success in ten years. In the present, Chatur has become a businessman and reminds Farhan and Raju of the wager while they search for Rancho.
