Plot summary
In 2023, the second year of the war, a Ukrainian platoon from the 3rd Assault Brigade sets out to take back Andriivka, a village in Donetsk Oblast held by Russian forces. Roughly two thousand meters of fortified forest lie between the troops and the village. Two journalists travel with the platoon, and much of the footage comes from body cameras the soldiers carried in combat: firefights, aerial attacks and the casualties they cause. Andriivka itself has been destroyed, and its residents have been displaced. The push comes as Ukraine's counteroffensive is faltering while Russian forces keep advancing through the oblast.

- Sam Slater, a two-time Grammy winner, composed the score, and Austrian sound artist Jakob Vasak produced it. The music uses a war drum, Vasak's own electroacoustic instrument called the Kobophon, field recordings from the war zone and walkie-talkie communication.
