13 Cameras (2015) on Netflix

Plot summary

Newlyweds Ryan and Claire have moved across the country into a house in the suburbs, and both hope Claire's pregnancy will hold their fraying marriage together. Their new landlord is Gerald, an unkempt, monosyllabic recluse who lives nearby. What the couple do not realize is that Gerald has rigged the home with thirteen miniature cameras and a closed-circuit surveillance system, and has been watching them since the day they arrived. He keeps himself at his monitors, watching their private life without their knowledge. The cameras are undetectable, and nothing the couple keeps from each other is safe from his surveillance.
