Plot summary
The businessman Petr Kraus has just come back from China, where he oversaw the making of clothes for his customers. The manufacturer ruined the whole order, and Petr is now in trouble with the contractor, who is demanding astronomical compensation for the damage. He knows the matter should be settled quickly, yet he chooses to travel instead, hoping to find personal happiness and to escape his responsibilities. Tereza and Pavel, two close friends of his, are on hand to help him.
