You've Got Murder (2019) on Netflix

Plot summary

When a murder unlike any they have handled before lands on their desks, Istanbul homicide detectives Emin, Salih, Asuman and deputy Alaattin take the case. The killer decorates the crime scene with paints, markings and poems, and the team finds no evidence and no clues. More strange murders follow, each staged the same way. As the cases pile up, the public takes notice and the pressure on the detectives grows. Their superiors grow annoyed, and tempers flare inside the unit. The chief of police then assigns Dizdar Koşu, a crime expert who has recently returned from the US, to join the team. Facing panic, pressure and disdain, Emin and the others turn to unconventional methods to crack the strangest string of murders. A forbidden romance within the unit adds to the turmoil.
