Plot summary
Celal Tan is a professor of constitutional law in a provincial city, where he is held in high regard. Two children came from his first marriage, and his first wife died years ago. He later married a university student much younger than himself, a woman whose life he had saved. In the third year of that marriage, a crisis breaks out in front of the whole family. The family sets out to keep the secret behind the crisis hidden, and their efforts leave them in absurd and tragicomic situations. Through everything that follows, Celal Tan keeps trying to hold the family together.
