Plot summary
Portraits of people and the dogs they live alongside, drawn from around the planet, make up the film. Its subjects include former child soldiers in Uganda, a pub in a Scottish town, and someone who walks dogs in Istanbul. The film's question is what humans do to deserve the love dogs give them unconditionally, and whether people need dogs the way dogs need people.
