Plot summary
Nick, Tayler, Tony and Kai are driving home from a camping trip when they stop for a woman whose truck has run out of gas. She gasses them, and they wake in a locked house with other captives. A woman appears on a projector and explains the devices at the base of their skulls: the fluid a brain makes under pain is collected inside, and unless the bar fills within 22 hours, the devices kill them. Removing a device is instantly fatal. The captives agree to share the suffering and take turns with the weapons left for them, while the doors stay locked.
