Trailer

Plot summary

Hogan owns the Centaur Apartment complex and lets its units to young women at a fraction of the going rate so he can watch them and try to seduce them. When his romance with the college professor Dr. Irene Wilson goes sour, she moves out, and the apartment goes to her student and niece, Robin Austin. Hogan is pleased to have another young tenant, and more pleased when he hears she will have a roommate. He does not know the roommate is Robin's boyfriend, fellow student David Manning. Robin, wary of mistaking lust for love, has talked David into sharing the apartment platonically so the two can learn whether they are compatible before they marry. Irene knows Hogan's habits and means to keep him away from her niece.
