Plot summary
Tòkunbò delivers illegal cars to Gaza, a gangster, while he waits for his child to be born. What he sees of Gaza's violence turns him away from the work, and he goes home to his wife, Lisa, and their baby son, Chris. Eighteen months later he drives a cab and cannot earn enough for the heart transplant Chris needs. Gaza refuses him money. Back behind the wheel, he finds a phone left in the cab by a transporter, a man who moves illegal goods for large sums. Tòkunbò takes his place and makes the deliveries. One job puts a young girl, Nike, in his car for the trip to the Sèmè Border.
