Plot summary
Winter has Chicago in its grip, and Cheech and Chong are scraping by as musicians, washing cars at a lot belonging to Mr. Slyman and Prince Habib, two oil-rich Arabs. After the pair botch that job, the owners make them play music at their club. The Arabs are sitting on a large sum of illegal cash that has to reach their Las Vegas business, so they pack it into the seats of a limousine and hand Cheech and Chong the keys, calling the trip a rock tour. With no spending money from their employers, the drivers start trading pieces of the limousine for gas and food along the way.
