Plot summary

Valentyna Voronina works at the Floriculture Pavilion of the former VDNKh in Kyiv, a space she has looked after for forty-five years. Her working life there is ending, because she has been asked to retire. She does not accept the request, since she believes the plants cannot survive without her care. Near the entrance to the pavilion, meanwhile, a group of radioesthesists locates a channel of positive energy.
