Plot summary
A proud man speaks against Yen Chan Ying, the warlord who leads the Kong Tung clan and commands 26 styles, and goes down to him in a fight. The man's family carries his infant son to an Abbot, who takes the baby to Chen Yung, a kung fu instructor who owes the boy's father a debt of gratitude. The Abbot tells Chen Yung to raise the child as a warrior who will avenge his father's killer, and gives him a book for training in the Iron Body style. Chen Yung trains the boy, now called Tiger, until his eighteenth birthday, and the hard training has left him cold. Tiger leaves the palace for the nearby village, and Chen Yung's daughter Lin Erh follows him.
