The Thaw (2009) on Netflix

Plot summary

Dr. David Kruipen runs a research station on Banks Island in the Canadian Arctic, where he and his assistants Jane and Edward study polar bears and global warming. After tranquilizing a polar bear, the team finds the frozen remains of a woolly mammoth and hauls both back to the base. Kruipen calls his daughter Evelyn, inviting her to visit; she agrees, and three students, Ling, Federico and Atom, are chosen for the expedition. Days later the researchers fall ill, and Kruipen tells helicopter pilot Bart not to bring Evelyn to the station. Evelyn refuses to be left behind, and Bart flies her and the students north.
