Plot summary
The story is set in China during the warlord period. Capt. Ai is a policeman in a small town, and the orders he receives send him after a gang that runs guns through the district. He is also told to find the stockpile of weapons the gang keeps out of sight. Some of the officials sent in to assist the case are corrupt. Capt. Ai asks the father of his girlfriend to help him. The older man is a retired master of kung fu, and together they take on the gunrunners and the officials.
